What is the monthly subscription?
Aidby Pulse + Misha is $29.99 per clinician per month. Transcription, HEP and clearinghouse usage are billed separately.
How much does HEP cost?
HEP is available with the HEP and Complete tiers at $5 per activated patient per month. This is a patient subscription charge, not a per-visit fee. Your clinician remains responsible for interpreting findings and selecting appropriate activities.
How is transcription charged?
Transcription is $0.025 (2.5 cents) per minute of audio transcribed. For example, 2,700 minutes costs $67.50.
Does Misha finalize notes automatically?
No. Misha produces drafts and suggestions. The clinician reviews, edits and approves the documentation before signing.
Are clearinghouse charges included?
Clearinghouse usage is billed at provider cost plus 10%. For example, $100 in provider charges becomes $110.
